Ate about 12 of these tonight – Only discovered them a few months ago – a deep fried egg size pastry, which you put potato and chick pea mash, onion, and small fried vermicelli type crunchy things, then fill it with a watery sauce made from chillies, onion, mint and tamarind.  

You knock it back in one shot – and it gives you a kick like Scotch – but none alcoholic – Really strange but addictive.  And Hot
