HDR on the move (Day 228)
I’m quite amazed at how well an ap on my phone created an HDR picture which was taken in a moving vehicle. It takes three shots – taken about a half a second apart – whilst moving and came up with this. In that time I reckon the car traveled between 10 and 12 meters (assuming it wasnt travelling over 30mph) and yet the phone managed to match and stitch the images back together without showing any blurr. In fact the only artefact of the HDR appears to be the strange ufo in the clouds at the top right of the picture – which is just a streetlight but I like the effect so I’ll leave it there.
The ap I am using is called hdr camera by almalence (android platform)

Lemon (Day 225) #photoaday
Then I realised that there were two girls walking up the road watching me lying on the floor taking a photo of a lemon…
The Stream (Day 224) #photoaday #belated
Wanted to take a photo of this stream for a while now. This photo doesn’t do it justice.
Please don’t arrest me (Day 223) #photoaday
A local photographer was accused of nefarious activity when he took photos of this building. The security guards gave him a rough time.
Great building though – How many people take photos of it like this one with camera on a mobile, but then you try and take a decent shot with an slr and have your collar grabbed. Ridiculous.

Dedication (Day 220) #photoaday
I found this dedication this morning on a book I wrote several years ago. I discovered it again today and when I saw it I made me smile and made me happy.
I didn’t write another one….
